bdbt Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

Welcome to bdbt. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bdbt website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Platform"). bdbt is operated as an online gaming and sports betting service targeting adult players in Bangladesh. The Platform offers cricket betting, live casino games, slots, bingo, fishing games, and related promotional services.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bdbt Platform. bdbt reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the bdbt Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing or placing bets on the bdbt Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party, business entity or organisation.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information during registration and keep that information current throughout your account's active period.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of bdbt or any of its affiliated companies, game providers or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently excluded from the bdbt Platform for any reason.

bdbt conducts age verification checks during registration and may request supporting documentation at any stage. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings accrued during the ineligible period will be void.

Each individual may hold only one account on the bdbt Platform. The following rules apply to account registration and the ongoing Know Your Customer (KYC) process:

• You must register with your actual name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of all funds.
• bdbt may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bdbt accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify bdbt's support team immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

bdbt reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual without providing a reason. In jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, players are responsible for ascertaining the legality of participation under the laws applicable to them and for complying with those laws. bdbt does not provide legal advice.

bdbt supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. bdbt does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is found to have originated from an account belonging to a person other than the registered account holder, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Verified accounts using bKash or Nagad will typically see withdrawals processed within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to several hours. bdbt does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. In exceptional circumstances, bdbt may request additional documentation before releasing withdrawal funds, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.

bdbt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Bonus eligibility is at bdbt's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or altered at any time.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value unless specifically stated, and may not be exchanged or sold.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including creating multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or coordinating with other players — will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.
• Seasonal promotions such as those tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Victory Day are subject to additional specific terms published at the time of the promotion. These specific terms will always take precedence over these general bonus terms where they conflict.

bdbt reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already qualified, bdbt will honour any bonus already credited to the player's account.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the bdbt Platform. These rules supplement any game-specific rules published within the Platform interface itself:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your selections before confirming any wager.
• All casino games, slots and live dealer titles on bdbt use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) or live physical equipment administered by licensed studios. The outcome of every game is entirely independent of previous results.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the Platform's official server-side records will be treated as the definitive and final record. bdbt's decision on any dispute is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.
• Betting limits (minimum and maximum stake amounts) apply to all markets and are displayed within the Platform at the point of bet placement. bdbt reserves the right to adjust betting limits for any player at any time.

In circumstances where a technical fault, software error or manifest pricing error occurs, bdbt reserves the right to void bets affected by such an error and refund the original stake. bdbt will not be liable to pay out winnings calculated on the basis of an erroneous price or game outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdbt Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended system behaviour to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, match-fixing or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the games or sports markets offered on the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law in Bangladesh or in your country of residence.

bdbt employs a dedicated risk and fraud team that monitors account and transaction activity in real time. Where prohibited conduct is detected or suspected, bdbt may freeze account funds, request documentation and involve law enforcement agencies as required by applicable law.

All content on the bdbt Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, software, game interfaces, audio and video material — is the exclusive property of bdbt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, broadcast or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of bdbt. Unauthorised use of bdbt's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdbt, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bdbt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdbt's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdbt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bdbt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

bdbt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances in which bdbt may take such action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules or payment terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or collusion, pending investigation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a request from bdbt.
• A request by the account holder to self-exclude or close their account under the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bdbt will conduct its review as promptly as reasonably practicable and will communicate the outcome to the account holder. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

bdbt is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. Gambling is a form of entertainment, and bdbt actively encourages players to set limits on their deposit and wagering activity, take regular breaks, and use the self-exclusion tools available in their account settings if they feel their gambling is becoming a problem. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bdbt Platform. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to bdbt's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being referred to customer support, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration. bdbt's decision on matters within its operational control (including account decisions, bonus eligibility and game outcomes) shall be final unless demonstrated to be manifestly unreasonable through the formal dispute process. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable Bangladeshi law.

bdbt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bdbt will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be shown at the top of this page as the Effective Date.
